Our house is located at the entrance to St. Anton am Arlberg, in the quiet hamlet Gand. The sunny locationon the edge of the forrest, with amazing views will inspire you.

Sports in summer and winter , nature experience or just relax in the tranquil surroundings - you find it!
Tyrolean way of life is our passion.

Our house offers a small spa area with sauna and steam room.

A ski room with boot dryer is in the house and as an additional service, we offer a complimentary ski depot at the Nassereinbahn. 

Parkinglots for our guests are in front of the house.

Our Apart Eggli is a non smoking house.

The bus stop is 100 meters from the house, restaurants are within a few minutes walk and a large
supermarket with bistro is 1 km away.

Apart Eggli is situated 3 km from the center of St. Anton.
